The United States North East Coast has been battered with a huge winter storm, named Stella, over the last few days. Over 100,000 homes and business were without power late on Tuesday night.
The increased threat of icy conditions and freezing rain means that travel remains dangerous across the north-east.
Some agent offices remain closed during this time with delays to trucking being experienced.
