We have received an update that the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) have notified Patricks Terminals of its intention to take further Protected Industrial Action.

A ban on the performance of work on the vessel Swan River Bridge commencing at 12:01 am from Friday 11 September and continuing until 7:00 am Saturday 12 September.
BRISBANE
4 hour stoppages commencing at 07:00 am Friday 11 September and 07:00 am Friday 18 September.
4 hour stoppages commencing at 07:00 pm Friday 11 September and 07:00 pm Friday 18 September.
SYDNEY
A ban on the performance of overtime / shift extensions commencing at 06:00 am Friday 11 September for an indefinite period.
Melbourne
8 hour stoppage of work commencing at 07:00 am Monday 7 September.
