Well it’s the end of an era with the world’s ongest running newspaper – the Lloyd’s List – yesterday announcing that they’ll be going digital next year.
The Lloyd’s List began life as a notice stuck to a London coffee house wall in 1734 and is regarded as a bible for the shipping industry as it reports on the comings and goings of vessels.
The List is a staple in the EES office and we look forward to the new digital incarnation.
