Main Roads Western Australia are this morning advising that there is an uneven surface hazard Tonkin Highway Southbound from Hale Road to Welshpool Road East.
Local radio reporting on this delay to traffic in the area adding that the road has literally melted and become rough and bumpy due to Perth’s extreme heat over the last few days ( the last three days being over 38 Degrees Celsius). Note that hazard signs have been put in place.
There will be delays to all traffic in this effected area. The roads are scheduled to be fixed later on today.
