Please be advised that Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) Fremantle have introduced a Telex Release Fee effective immediately.
This is a processing fee effective as of the 1 November 2017 and is unaffected by the commodity being shipped.
EES Shipping endeavors to keep costs as low as possible whilst providing a premium service, however we are governed by shipping line increases.
Please be aware that the alternative option for release would be to opt for original bills of lading, however, bear in mind there would be a courier fee applicable.
Lastly, please note that this processing fee only applies to shipments booked/shipped through Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC).
