Hashish intercepted in Montreal

The Canadian Border Security Agency (CBSA) have uncovered 344kgs of hashish in an air cargo shipment from Lahore, Pakistan.  The contraband cargo was intercepted at Montreal-Trudeau Airport, destined for an address in Montreal.

The eighteen cardboard boxes were manifested as containing shoe soles.  Instead officers discovered coffee inside the cartons containing a brown pasty substance.  Laboratory testing of the substance revealed that the paste was hashish.

The find was passed over the the Royal Canadian Mounted Police who are now investigating.
