This year we were honoured to be named as a finalist in the annual Fremantle Business Awards, Marine Industry Excellence category.
The prestigious awards were held at the Esplanade Hotel by Rydges on Friday the 10th June. Both Glenn Hack, EES Director / Special Projects Manager and Brian Hack, EES Director / General Manager were in attendance.
The event was thoroughly enjoyed by both Brian and Glenn, with the ambience opulent and enjoyable. The drinks flowed and the smiles were a plenty.
There were twelve awards in total from different aspects of business – from hospitality to tourism, community events and cultural enterprises.
The Marine Industry Excellence Award, sponsored by Fremantle Ports, was a category with five finalists, which included ourselves. Unfortunately this year was not our year with Rottnest Express being named as the winner in this section.
Congratulations to all the finalists and winners of these important awards. A big shout out also goes to Rottnest Express who took out the 2016 Business of the Year.
We would like to thank Fremantle Chamber of Commerce for a wonderful night and an enjoyable event and we already look forward to next year.
