Just a few short weeks ago EES staff, overseas agents, clients and service providers came together to celebrate our 30th Anniversary.
The fitting venue was the Fremantle Maritime Museum – the perfect backdrop to honour three decades in business. Whilst the weather wasn’t ideal, the view from the balcony showcased Fremantle Port at it’s best. Two vessels were alongside at the time, livestock carrier, Ocean Shearer and container ship CMA CGM Mozart.
As a special treat for the guests, they were able to take a look around the world class museum privately.
There was plenty of photo opportunities during the night..
There were four special guests speakers during the night. Glenn Hack, EES Director spoke of where EES began and where it will be in the future. Geoff Hack, EES Managing Director, named and thanked each staff member individually. Geoff’s speech held a strong sense of family values. We were also treated to a fantastic individualised speech from Fremantle Ports Deputy Harbour Master Captain Stuart Davies. John Park, CBFCA (Customs Brokers and Fowarders Council of Australia) Regional Manager spoke of Geoff’s dedication to the West Australia Port Operations Taskforce and the various awards that have been presented to EES in the past few years. Helen Hack, EES Chief Financial Officer also spoke about EES’ dedication to fundraising for the Hekima Day Care and Nursery School in Tanzania. 
Captain Stuart Davies presented a fantastic personalised slideshow during the night
EES Staff gifted to Geoff and Helen a gorgeous globe of the world along with a framed picture of the very first EES Shipping office – 11 Cliff Street – Where it all began.
A fantastic night was had by all!
