Last weekend was one of the busiest weekends the wharf has seen, resulting in long delays and possible additional charges for importers. With hold ups in arrival, and multiple vessels being discharged, both Fremantle terminals have been stretched to their limits.
Despite the delays EES continues to deliver. One of our biggest clients had two containers arrive on the Swan River Bridge. We managed to deliver them this week without issue.
The client required this cargo urgently as it had been earmarked for the mining community. With cartage contractors run off their feet, schedules were changed to accommodate this priority cargo.
