St Johns Brook Winery and Jerkx Jerky

St Johns Brook Winery and Jerkx Jerky

Another year bites the dust!

It’s time to start thinking about Christmas presents, and just who is on your nice list for this year.

For twenty eighteen EES have selected a premium Western Australian winery – St Johns Brook.  St John Brook is a mature vineyard, located in the northern heartland of the Margaret River Wine Region. This year we are gifting two of their finest wines, the St Johns Brook Recolte SBS 2017 and  the St Johns Brook Recolte Cab Sav 2016.

St Johns Brook have employed no herbicide practice since 2013 and use low chemical inputs where possible.

These stunning wines are beautiful in flavour and world class.  Our lucky office tasters certainly enjoyed the bright flavours from these two wines.

Our testers gave the wine glowing reviews.  The St Johns Brook Recolte Cab Sav 2016 noted as a young Cab Sav that will age well.  It is light and extremely versatile – able to be paired to any of your favourite meals.

The St Johns Brook Recolte SBS 2017 was complemented by our staff as being fruity and crisp.  It’s an easy, refreshing drop that is drank very easily.

Since it’s the giving season – we have also chosen another small local Western Australian business to support – Jerx Jerky.

Jerx Jerky are proudly West Australian owned and operated, and are a family business delivering the finest Beef Jerky to the people of Perth.

This melt-in-your-mouth jerky will have any carnivore in your life salivating just at the sight of the packaging.  Their lean, air dried meat comes flavoured in a choice of flavours including Moroccan and Cajun.

If you’re looking for a classic gift for someone in your life, we’d highly recommend St Johns Brook – available at Latitude 34 Wine Company. And if you like that special someone A LOT, why don’t you pair it with some delicious Jerx Jerky?

All opinions on this review are our own.
